Terms of Service - Tele Join

Welcome to Tele Join. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tele Join mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must uninstall the App immediately.


1. General Disclaimer & Non-Affiliation Tele Join is an independent, third-party platform designed solely to help users discover, share, and promote public Telegram group and channel links.

No Affiliation: Tele Join is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Telegram FZ-LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Telegram logos, names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.


2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy Tele Join is a directory that relies on User-Generated Content. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any links, text, or images you submit to the platform.

  • Tele Join acts only as a passive conduit for the distribution of these links.

  • We do not pre-screen, verify, or endorse the content, safety, or legality of any third-party Telegram groups linked within our App.

  • You warrant that you have the right and permission to share any links you upload.


3. Strictly Prohibited Content To maintain a safe environment and comply with Google Play Developer Policies, we enforce a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against objectionable content. You are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or promoting links that lead to groups containing or encouraging:

  • Illegal Activities: Any acts that violate local, national, or international laws.

  • Adult & Explicit Content: Pornography, nudity, sexual services, or highly explicit material.

  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, bullying, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

  • Dangerous Organizations: Terrorism, extremism, or organized crime.

  • Scams & Malware: Phishing, pyramid schemes, fraudulent links, malware, or viruses.

  • Spam: Repetitive flooding of the same links or misleading metadata.


4. Moderation, Reporting, & Enforcement Tele Join actively moderates submissions to ensure compliance with our Terms and Google Play policies.

  • User Reporting: Users can flag inappropriate links directly within the App. Our moderation team guarantees a review of all reports within 24 hours.

  • Right to Remove: We reserve the right to reject, remove, or hide any group link at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

  • Device Banning: Any violation of the Prohibited Content rules will result in the immediate and permanent banning of the offending user's Device ID from the platform.


5. Premium Promotions Tele Join may offer premium features, such as "Boosting" a group for increased visibility.

  • Promoted groups are subject to the exact same strict moderation rules as free groups.

  • If a promoted group violates our Terms, or if the underlying Telegram link becomes inactive, Tele Join reserves the right to terminate the promotion immediately.

  • No refunds will be issued for promotions terminated due to a Terms of Service violation.


6. Limitation of Liability Joining any external Telegram group or channel through Tele Join is done entirely at your own risk. We have no control over the administration, content, privacy practices, or safety of external Telegram groups. Tele Join shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your interactions inside external groups or with other users.


7. Age Restriction Tele Join is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.


8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
